"Parting is such sweet sorrow"

There is nothing like having your spouse leave for a while to make you realize how much you need them. Mike and I are terrible at being a part because we like each other so much. I just wanted to tell my honey that I love him and that I am SOOO grateful to be married to such an amazing man.

Trent is 7

Our T.T. is 7 years old. Ok, he hasn't gone by the nick name T.T. for about 4 years, he is Trent or even Trenton now, but he is still our baby. I can't believe how fast those 7 years have gone by. Trent has grown into an amazing kid who is curious about everything. He loves to collect anything and everything especialy things related to nature. The kid loves to fish more than any other activities and says that he wants to be a fisherman when he grows up. He is truely amazing and we had a great party with 15 kids to celebrate him. He asked for a blue, hairy monster cake with lots of eyeballs so I tried my best to give him that. We love you so much Bud and we are so proud of everything you do.

Everyday life...

What's Happen'n.....
We have been busy enjoying what is left of the nice weather here in Virginia so we have been up to North Beach (Chesapeake Bay) a few times. We love getting back to the beach and the kids love catching jelly fish and horseshoe crabs (deads ones). This is a picture of Garret playing on the playground there at the beach.

Zach is now 3 months old. WOW! He is so smiley and so sweet. The other day he got his hands on a fruit snack wrapper and he was so fasinated with it because it was shiney and made a crinkly sound. He is such a good baby and rarely cries. Heaven knew that I needed a mellow child and blessed me with one. I can't wait to take him to Utah this week and introduce him to everyone.

I am still teaching preschool and I am really enjoying it (most days). I have a great group of kids and we have a lot of fun.

I haven't taken many more pictures this month due to lack of time but the Smith family is still here and truck'n along with daily life.

Trent lost his first tooth!

Trent's tooth wiggled and wiggled forever in his mouth and finally that darn thing came out. Mike was here vistiting for the weekend and Trent let him pull it out. Of course the tooth fairy found her way to our home and left him a dollar. You are getting so big Trent and we can't wait to get pictures of you with big gaps and holes in your smile.
