I really can't believe that we made it this long without a visit to the emergency room for stitches, but on friday, Garret put and end to our stitch free run. He was chasing a butterfly and fell in the grass. Something sharp was hiding and off to the emergency room we went. Garret got two stitches in his arm and a tetanus shot. He was so tough and it has not stopped him one bit from climbing, wrestling and/or doing all the things he loves to do. Here's to our first stitch experience and we know there are many more to come.

I miss that little guy coming over to my house with an empty cup asking for some milk! None of my new neighbors even come a speck close to being as cute as he is! What a brave boy!
Sad! I remember when I accidentally slammed Sophia's finger in the door and nearly cut her finger off....boy did I feel bad! She had around 14 stitches in her finger and it didn't slow her down one bit! Such cute kids!
Seriously can't beleive yo umade it this long! We've already been there, done that, TWICE!
Poor garrett. Ibet he was off running and wrestling when he got back from the dr. I am surprised that you havent been there sooner. Hope the next trip isnt for a while. It is always best to spread it out.
Yea I found your blog:) Can't wait to hear about number 3! Did Rick ever bring over that bag of clothes I brought up from Williamsburg? If not..I will have to bring it myself in a couple of weeks when I come back.
Glad there were only 2 stitches. Garret was pretty proud when he called to tell me about it.
Wow, I can't believe your boys have gone this long with no stitches!
Poor Garrett. I'm shocked though that you guys have made it this long too without any stitches or broken bones. Your kids are wild, but lots of fun.
